Membership Benefits
Advocacy
Advocacy – The Chamber Board and Staff are here to represent the viewpoints of our members in front of government and advocate for their business interests when necessary. We work to advocate for projects and legislation that support economic development and the success of our local businesses.
Referrals and Networking
When the thousands of residents, prospective residents and visitors of this community contact us it is our members that we refer them to, that could be YOU! We also host numerous events throughout the year that give you an exclusive opportunity to grow your client base, find resources and share ideas with fellow business owners/operators through the power of networking.
Marketing
In addition to being listed in our business directory and receiving referrals there are numerous ways your business will be marketed to the community through your membership. When appropriate, your business will be featured in our weekly newsletter, on our social media pages, electronic signs visible to the entire community, and more. As a member you will receive an exclusive decal to be placed in your business letting consumers know that you are a Chamber Member – Did you know that consumers are 80% more likely to do business with a Chamber Member? As a member you will also have access to our mailing lists, and you will be given free booth space at Chamber Sponsored events. Ask us about new member discounts on advertisements with Chadrad Communications as a membership benefit as well.
Committee and Community Involvement
As a Chamber member you will have an exclusive opportunity to take part in our incredible array of committees which include Ambassadors Committee, Agriculture Committee, Marketing/Promotions Committee and/or Fundraiser/Events Committee. These committees are responsible for such events as the Annual Ag Banquet, The Harvest Fest, The Easter Egg Hunt and more. Being part of a committee gives you the power to have an impact on our community in a very special and positive way.
Professional Development
Training yourself and your staff can be expensive, but it’s important to keep up with new developments and ideas. The Chamber offers classes, workshops and seminars that are taught by member professionals and are provided to our members at little or no cost.
