Applications and full payment are due no later than July 1st in order to secure your space. 

Applications should be completed & returned to Gabby Kreis by emailing your application (scan in or take a photo) and send to Director@Chadron.com or mailing your application to PO Box 646 Chadron, NE 69337.

Please note that vendor spaces are granted on a first-come, first-served basis by product category. The first vendor to register with a specific product retains exclusive rights to sell that item at the event. To ensure fairness and respect for our vendors’ time and investment, we do not permit duplicate or competing product offerings.

The Chamber will be selling T-Shirts as a fundraiser to continue the renovation efforts at Railroad Park for Bands on Bordeaux and other entities that can enjoy this space throughout the year.

Our Booth will also be hosting the kids games prizes. Once your kiddos rack up enough tickets to cash in on a cool prize, send them over and we will trade them!
